Delicious and Healthy Carrot Muffins

These Delicious and Healthy Carrot Muffins will sure to be a treat for your whole family. As these muffins bake, the house is filled with a sweet aroma of cinnamon and spices. I acquired this recipe years ago and have made several changes to bring it to the "healthy" status. I have never found that the muffins need frosting. That would add unnecessary fat and defeat the purpose of a healthy snack.

This is a recipe you will find yourself making time and time again. The ingredients are basic ingredients kept in the pantry. When I make a batch, I wrap each muffin separate and put them in the freezer.
